Guest guest
Dear fellow devotees, prior to Navaratri celebrations in Mysore i am going to visit some sacred sites in the Himalayas. Among them are Madhymaheshwar, Vasuki Lake,Kedarnath and Triyuginarayan. I will start from Delhi on 14/15 September 2008. If anybody likes to join me, welcome. The treks are moderate but you have to be fit and in a good state of health. On Sept.29 i will travel from Delhi to Mysore. Sri Guru Datta, Agastya Madhymaheshwar is believed to be the place where Lord Sivas navel appears. A few drops of water from this site are said to bring ablution. Kedarnath is known as the most important Shiva shrine in the Indian Himalayas. Vasuki Tal is a very sacred lake in the inner sanctuary of Kedarnath Triyuginarayan is the place where the marriage of Shiva and Parvati took place.
