It signifies you have received darshan of Lord Agni who also burns up old negative karmas from past lives. You can offer prayers to Lord Agni or perform mantra sadhana for 45 days if you wish. For mantra counting, a japa mala of 108 beads in 5 mukhi rudraksha can be used. But if you prefer, you can later obtain a japa mala strung with only 3 mukhi beads.
