Namaskar Vignhesh, Mahaynatras are big, 9x9 inches. Its not possible to put them in handbag unless you have a big handbag. They must be installed on altar for puja. For carrying around, you can use pocket yantras and preferably do prayers once a month if you are too busy. Or take yantras to a priest or pundit for prayers. Pocket yantras look like this :

Ganesh Yantra for keeping in wallet/purse, pocket, cash boxes. 2x2 inches. Made in 24 ct gold plated copper. Long lasting finish with superfine etching.

Kuber yantra

Mahakali yantra

Mahamrityunjay yantra

Manokamna Siddhi Lakshmi yantra
