Datta temple & Hall of Trinity , the only Datta temple in the US subcontinent,

invites all of you to participate in these grand and auspicious Datta Jayanthi

celebrations.

This is a unique opportunity coming our way with the compassion and blessings

of Pujya Sri Ganapati Sachchidananda Swamiji.

 

The deities in the Datta Temple including Lord Dattatreya, Anagha Mahalakshmi,

Ganesha and Siva are installed and energized by none other than Sri Swamiji

which makes this a very powerful and sacred place.

 

SAMOOHIKA GURU PADA PUJA

 

Nov 26th, Thursday

 

7:00 pm : Samoohika (Collective) Guru Pada Puja - Devotees actively participate

in the Pada Puja.

7:45 pm: Datta Bhavani (Bhajan in Gujarati) followed by Kakada Aarti and

Mahaprasadam / Dinner.

 

DATTA JAYANTHI CULTURAL PROGRAM

 

 

Nov 27th, Friday

 

6:00 pm : Lalitha Sahasranama Parayana by devotees.

6:30 pm: Cultural show in which all interested groups / individuals present

items. This will be followed by Mahaprasadam / Dinner.

 

SAMOOHIKA VISESHA EKADASA KUNDA DATTATREYA HOMA

 

Nov 28th, Saturday

 

9:30 am : Pallaki seva (Perambulation of Dattatreya in a palanquin).

10:00 am : Samoohika Visesha Ekadasa Dattatreya Homa – Devotees actively

participate in the homa along with the priest, all the way to Purnahuti. This

will be followed by Mahaprasadam / Lunch.

 

GARBA NIGHT

 

Nov 28th, Saturday

6:30 - 7:30 pm : light dinner

7:30 pm : Garba dance.

 

DATTA KSHIRAABHISHEKAM

 

Nov 29th, Sunday

10:00 am : Dattatreya Kshirabhishekam – All participants have the opportunity to

perform abhishekam to Lord Dattatreya which includes Samoohika Anagha Vratam

with individual puja settings. This will be followed by Mahaprasadam / Lunch.

Nov 30th, Monday - Pada Puja

7:30 pm : Guru Pada Puja

 

8:00 pm : Bhajans followed by Kakada Aarti

Dec 1st, Tuesday - Datta Pada Puja

6:30 pm : Datta Pada Puja. This will be followed by Satyanarayana Katha, Kakada

Aarti and Mahaprasadam
