ONLINE SATSANG : Satsang effective from Monday the 3rd of December,2007

With the blessings of Swamy, it has now been decided to start the Online Satsang effective from Monday the 3rd of December,2007. Shri Pratap Thakkar will be the Moderator for the Satsang. I appeal to all Members (including Youths) to participate actively in the Online Satsang. Pl. send your Mail ID to Shri Pratap Thakkar immediately. His Mail Id is saiptc. He will invite you to join the Satsang ,provided you log into Messenger at least 5 minutes before the announced time on the date indicated above. The first session will be an acclamatisation session. Topic for subsequent sessions will be fixed by the moderator in consultation with the participants.

It has now been desired by some members with the blessings of Swamy that the ONLINE SATSANG called GODS be revived early. Shri Pratap Thakkar who was the moderator and facilitator on the earlier occasion has kindly agreed to steer the Online Satsang. The schedule of the Online Satsang has been proposed as follows:-

 

Timings: 21 hrs IST to 22 hrs. IST(9P.M. to 10P.M. IST)

 

Day : Monday

All the Members who are interested in participating in the ONLINE SATSANG are requested to send a email in this regard to Brother Pratap Thakkar to his mail address given below:-

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

Loving SAI RAMs. During the year 2006(earlier part), Online Satsang later renamed as GODS(Global Online Divine Satsang) were being held. The Text /Transcript of the Satsang used to be circualted in SBOI forum. A few of the the proceedings of GODS can still be read from the website of SBOI. AT the time the GODS was discontinued the Moderator was Brother Pratap Tahakkar( saiptc). Earlier to that Sister Sunita Polavarapu was the moderator. The Online Satsang had to be discontinued because of lack of adequate particpation from members and also because the Sboi forum discontinued posting the transcript on the website.

 

The purpose of sending this mail is to ascertain whether members are interested in reviving GODS and whether they can actively particpate in the online Satsang. The topic of Satsang was being announced in advance and still it was noticed that some of the Members who participated in GODS had not come fully prepared to participate. Moreover, some members were found withdrawing from the Online Satsang within a few minutes of commencement or were not willing to join though invited by moderator. It is hoped that such occurnces will not occur, in case the GODS is revived.
