Guest guest
Discourse of Pujya Sri Swamiji on 12 September 2001, Mysore Ashrama: .. .. .. " It is easier to clean the body. However one must train oneself to train one's mind to achieve purity gradually. To forget and get rid of distress, go to a temple or Guru Sannidhi (presence). The presence of Guru can be felt even in his absence by the study of Guru's gospel, pious books and pondering over the same, or Bhajan, Japa or meditation, or Anga Pradakshina, i.e. rolling around a temple also contributes to Chitta Shuddhi (purity of mind).
