Breaking & a new combination

Dear Narasimhaye & Group, Hello to everyone and Happy Diwali to all those who celebrate this wonderful holiday. A little over one year ago I purchased this combination and recently it broke which I believe is an auspicious blessing. I have received great, great healing & blessings from this combination as it has changed my life. I would like to have this combination made into something else if this makes sense and is appropriate. Please advice me on what arrangement I need to have done, the other beads necessary & the best way to do this. Here is the present combination I have.
