Give him details about your parents. Usually they can come to your home to perform pooja. If you really wish to go to a temple, then visit a Shiva Temple and speak to a Shaivite priest. Fully understand how you are tired from Sadhe Sati but please have courage. Please try to see this period as a challenge instead of obstacle. There are some things you can do to placate Shani, for example reciting Shani mantra : Om Sham Shanaishcharaya Namaha for 108 times each day in front of Shani Yantra. Yes rudraksh can help. You can wear Peraonal Mala or Shani Dosa Mala.
