Concern with regards to 11 mukhi Rudraksh

When the negativity or negative karma resurfaces by the cleansing

action

Few thing works well and comforting/ working with any Rudraksha and

Hanuman...

They act like opening a clogged drain. We need a way to get rid of

the resurfaced Negative energies

They are fairly simple.

Touching an old tree. Or hug it. Trees and earth are great energy

absorbers.Even a easily accessible Tulasi plant will do.

Walk with out wearing sandals or shoes (insulators).for a few

minutes.

We lost connection with earth.

If available take a dip( bathe) either in a river or ocean.

Some times with Hanuman the energy may be little bit more than one

can Handle.

It also depends upon the form of Sri Hanuman they worship

Sri Veer Hanuman in warrior pose.-more energy

or

Sri Prasanna Anjaneya or Dasa nnjaneya form.(pleasing form-peaceful)

What ever the form one Worships simply saying

" Sri Rama Jaya Rama, jaya jaya Rama " works well.

Traditionally people who do parayana of Sundara Kanda (which really

accelerates Karma from my own experience) recite or read Rama

Pattabhishekam in the end.

Some keep Sri Ramas picture from Pattabhishekam which will immensely

please Sri Hanuman (Sri Ram with Lakshman, Seetha and Hanuman) this

is also the picture recommended when a person

Recites Hanuman chalisa 100 times as this produces results very

fast.

If any one wants the correct description of Hanuman they can find it

out at 2 places in Valmiki Ramayan Sundara Kanda. There is also a

good description of Hanuman also in pattabhi shekam description.

Red eyes (pingaksho). Glowing. Body color--- Gold, strong masculine

(swarna)), Big over sized Kundala (ear rings), Sacred thread.

Color of his clothes, Dhoti tied high up --color white silk.

Unfortunately even in the temples we see Hanuman with red or blue

dhoti.

Sri Rama at the time of pattabhis shekam white silk dhoti to Hanuman.

regards
