In Europe, there are only 2 cities that I know of that may perhaps have neem oil, either at the Indian quarters in Hamburg, Germany or in England (London) but the places to try track them down are normally Indian grocery stores that also sell spices, etc.

So if you happen not to be in either Germany or England, please contact Rudra Centre by sending an Enquiry to:

/sendEnquiry.php Someone will reply to you from there whether Neem Oil is available.
