ALOE VERA plant , a precious gift of Nature, praised by SRI SWAMIJI

Dear Devotees,

 

Today, 21st of June, the SUN is entering the sign of CANCER in tropical

Astrology. The ruler of this sign is the MOON, which represents the Mother

principle and the creative power of Nature. On 23rd of June we are entering the

4th vedic Lunar-month ASHADA(corresponding to Cancer), which is the beloved Masa

of MOTHER GODDESS, the nourishing and protecting power of the whole world. On

the Fullmoonday of this month we celebrate GURU PURNIMA, the Guru with his

motherly Love, and who is our preceptor!

 

ALOE VERA is known to have connection with the principle of CANCER.

 

In this connection I remember a nice incident with Sri Swamiji. Shortly before

His 67th Birthday, to the surprise of many, we could find Him on one evening

sitting near the Herbal-/Nakshatra garden of our Ashram and blessing some

Devotees with ALOE VERA plants.

 

He was very much praising this HOLISTIC HEALING PLANT, especially it's capacity

to heal a variety of Skin-ailments and connected inflictions. He also said this

plant has a good place in VASTU science, neutralizing negative vibrations (Vastu

Doshas) and increasing positive Aura energies in the surroundings.

 

I myself had a good experiences with this unique " gift of nature " !

It is not a " short cut " medicine. It needs time and patience. One has also to be

ready to take some side effects due to the process of detoxification. This

product should not be heated or prossessed. It grows best in subtropical

climates.
