Guest guest
Jai Guru Datta An alien would ask us, " How on earth you people could eat a fellow Eartherner? " Everything is living. And if you hear our Lord, 'even rocks and sand and walls, supposed by so many people as non-living...they too talk to me.'. Now that means, it is not humanely possible to eat something with out killing it, before or after putting it in our mouth. So, I would suggest the best way. Stop thinking on what to eat and what not to eat. Just remember my theory born out of long years of internal and external experiments. You can ask me any number of questions, pertaining to this email. I am bound to reply. The digestive juices are secreted inside our body, these juices are secreted in the quality and quantity required. If we want a calm, pleasant, peaceful mind and a body to match such a mind, we shall try and have less of this juices. Now 'reverse process' the secretion of less juices. Can you follow? Eat accordingly. And one more thing. Swamiji always insists on us to have a vegetarian diet. Every time we eat a food that is vegetarian, Swamiji will think of us as 'good boy' (and 'good girl' if you are a Shakthi.) But never go for the tasty aspect of the food. I think that most of the 'non-vegetarians' , eat the stuff, 'cause of the tasty appeal. I think that, these peole are blessed, for they can quit and control the sensation, mastery over the 'taste sense' (a wild one at that, rememnber the Fish in 24 gurus?!) when they start to abstain from the stuff. So, to summarize all this, it is less and comfortable gastric juices. Period. And forget all the unwanted duels., can I eat this? ,can I eat that?, is it living? ,was it living?, what happens if I eat it and then that soul comes and haunts me in the next birth as my mother in law? oh..
