Dear Chandan,

 

Since you have the strong feeling to get a Shivling for worship in

your mandir, then get one that you like and which is within your

budget.

 

It does not matter what type of Shivling you worship. Devotion and

faith are far more important.

 

Take a look again at Shivlingams from Narmada, made of sphatik,

tiger's eye or cat's eye. Then meditate and decide which one you

prefer best. Yes, cat's eye Shivling can be worshipped by anyone

even if they have Ketu malefic in the chart.
