For, the more you indulge in loose talk, the more vulnerable you become to imbibing bad tendencies. Some people talk sweetly, but deep within, their thoughts are poisonous. Such dichotomy will lead you nowhere. You must first develop softness and sweetness in your heart. It is said, Hrid + Daya = Hridaya. Your Hridaya (heart) must be full of Daya (compassion).
