Sai Ram All,A Unique Spiritual Sadhana Sapthaha was conducted by

the members of the Sri Sathya Sai Seva Samithi, Vijayanagar, in

association with its Bhajan Mandalis at Prashanthnagar, Chandra Layout and

Kamakshipalaya, in Bangalore

During this Spiritual Sapthaha, all the facets of the

organization were covered namely Spiritual, Service and Educational, including

Medical.

Spritual

·

Jyothi Meditation & Nagarsankirtan were conducted

every day morning from residences of devotees’ everyday. Veda Chanting and

Bhajans with a Spritual talk was the agenda on every evening again in the

residences of devotees.

A Unique Laksharchana: “Sri Sathya Sai

Krishnayanamaha†was performed as per the directions given in the book “Sai

Smaran†written by Dr. Ghadia.

·

Sai Satya Narayana Pooja was performed at its best

with deep religious fervor on the 29th of August.

·

A Rudra Homa was performed for World Peace on the 30th

of August with Intense Veda chanting by 11 purohits. Incidentally 5 of the purohits

who participated were also the chosen instruments of Bhagawan during last

year’s Ati Rudra Maha Yagnam held at Prashanthi Nilayam.

Service

·

If Bhagawan has quenched the thirst of millions of

poor families in Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu, we HIS instruments tried to

emulate HIM by providing Drinking Water to the slum dwellers in Chandra Layout

on the 27th August 2007.

·

Free Dental Check-up Camp was conducted with the help

of the doctors from KLE Dental College,

for about 320 students of the Manasa

Gangothri School

in the Moodalapalya area on the 31st of August.

For the first time a Narayan Seva Programme in which

3000 chapattis were prepared by all the member’s families in a common place along with Nutritious Vegetable mix prepared

with Love by the residents of Chandra Layout were distributed to the slum

dwellers along with Clothes Distribution on the 2nd of September

2007

Special meeting of Devotees with Doctors was organized

on the 1st September in which a team of doctors clarified doubts on

medical health of the devotees in a live interactive session.

Educational/Balavikas

·

The bhajans on the 1st of Septemeber were

conducted by the Balvikas children. A sloka recitation along with patriotic

songs was also presented by the children during the valedictory function on the

2nd of Sept. All the Balvikas children were given useful momentos as

a means of motivation.

The Valedictory function of this Spritual Sadhana

Sapthaha was organized on the 2nd Sept evening at Sri. Kannikaparameshwari

Temple Premises, in which the Balvikas children as mentioned before rendered

Slokas and patriotic songs.

A Report of the Sapthahika was presented by the Convener,

and an Audio-Visual Presentation on a Spiritual Concept, the P-N Cycle was

presented as a Take-away message to the devotees.

A melodious devotional songs programme was presented

by Mahila members of the Samithi was the icing in the cake.We the members dedicate all the above programmes at

the Lotus feet of Bhagawan and Pray to Shower HIS LOVE on all.
