Guest guest
Namaste Brij, warm wishes to you too. Rudraksha are holy beads such that God resides inside, outside and 'within' the bead itself. The darshan of God in this case, is not restricted to just the mouth and tail. If I recall correctly, none of the holy texts mention that God only resides in the mouth and tail. This means the entire bead is Auspicious. Large beads have natural holes but small beads for japa malas may not have holes. Small beads need drilling so they can be strung with thread for making japa malas. This has been done for many centuries. Because potency and efficacy of the beads have not been lost, the practice is still alive today. Rudrakshas are definitely not affected by natural mouth or tail having holes.
