Namaste Jose, wearing a mala of 78 beads is like wearing a piece of

jewelry for ornamental purposes, nothing more. 78 beads are not

mentioned in the Puranas. If you go by rudraksha mukhis, then 6 is

Kartikeya or Murugan. If you go by any Indian numerological system,

then 6 may have a different meaning.
