Guest guest
Namaste Trishitaji, My two pence worth, Iam not trying to discourage, but after sometime you will find that your mind still wavers even if you do mantra japa in the mornings. However please understand that the whole idea of Mantra Japa is to concentrate our mind on the sound generated by the proper pronounciation of the mantra. The sound is of course your own voice wether it is silent(mental) or semi silent(movement of lips) or loud japa of the mantra. You can try to alternate between the above three methods of japa when your mind starts to waver. As Narasimhayeji has already adviced, you should always ask Lord Shiva for help before begining the japa.
