Wearing the Rudraksha

Namaste Squirreloverlord, wear it for between 30 to 45 days. Use your

intuition as a guide whether you wish to take the mala off at night or

leave it on. Also check your comfort level to see if you are

comfortable wearing it at night. Only thing is : it should not be worn

during 'spousal relationships' and should be placed on the altar in

this case.
