While the diamonds and gold are glittering, the rudraksha bead looks very old with lots of oil on it so it gives lustre. However its not a one mukhi round bead. There are at least 3 subtle grooves that can be detected from the front view if you look carefully. With old beads, sometimes the thorns and grooves fall off or deteriorate and people like to tout them as one mukhi round. In Kali Yuga, there is no one mukhi round rudraksha and it remains a myth. During the time the puranas were written, maybe they existed but certainly not in modern times.
