Gemstone selection if the lord of ascendant is debilated?

Hi everyone I would like opionion of some of knowlegeable members of

this board about gem selection my query is " if the lord of ascendant is

debilated but not in dusthana(6/8/12 house) then shall we use the

gemstone belonging to ascendant lord or not. "
