Searching for a house to rent in Puttaparthi.

I want to go back to Puttaparthi soon and rent a house there. Can anyone explain to me how i can do this? I think of renting a house which is not more than 100 euro´s a month (± 5000 rupees). In the beginning i might stay in the hotel Sai towers till i have a house. If i go alone, it will probably be the end of August or the beginning of September. Please notice that i might not be able to reply for different reasons, but replies will be appreciated and surely be read. I just try to make sure that i can easily rent a house there, so that i can give up my apartment in Holland before departure. In the next list i have wrote out what kind of house/apartment i would like to have. Maybe someone can help.

-close to the ashram, as i´m probably dependent on the canteen(s) of the ashram and eventually the german bakery to eat.-it doesn´t have to be big; maybe as size nearly like one of the rooms in the ashram for foreigners. Perhaps a little bigger, because of a kitchen, but i don´t know if these rooms are all the same.-a placed floor and walls which not have to be painted or like that (not like coming in a completely empty house) or the possibility to let it be done for payment within not too much time, perhaps 3 weeks or so (don´t know how this can be arranged there).-it would be nice if there´s a (similar) window like in the rooms of the ashram, which protects against insects or the possibility to let someone make such window.-bathroom with western toilet and shower with possibility for warm water.-electric point for laptop.-small kitchen.-possibility to let clothes be washed.-a fridge or possibility to buy it and let it be connected by someone.-eventually internet connection.
