INFORMATION FOR PATIENTS

 

1. All new patients (First time visit to this

hospital) will be first seen in the Screening &

Registration Block before being given appointment for

further consultation.

2. Entry for all new patients will be from 6.00 AM to

11.30 AM in the Screening & Registration Block.

Patients need not come early in the morning or wait at

the entrance of the hospital.

3. All review patients and old patients must come with

prior appointment only. On the day of appointment they

must come after 7.30 AM along with all the previous

papers, registration card and appointment slip.

4. Only one attendant per patient will be allowed into

the hospital. In case of children both the parents

will be permitted.

5. We have Cardiology, Cardiac Surgery, Urology,

Plastic Surgery, Ophthalmology and Orthopaedics

departments only.

6. This hospital gives treatment to all the patients

TOTALLY FREE OF COST.

7. This hospital does not have any agents, middlemen

or brokers.
