Namaste Siddharth,

 

Its great to hear that you chant the mantras everyday. Yes you can

count the days for 3 to 4 hours as one day. Suggest that you slowly

build up the wearing time to 8 or 10 hours each day. Do it slowly,

don't rush. Its true that Akarshaya Siddh Mala and all other malas

can be worn for one hour but its best to wear all rudraksha for more

than 1 hour to get good effects.

 

By the way, hope you are enjoying your time in India!!
