Namaste Vandana,

 

Good to hear from you. Yes the flower gives a divine scent when it

opens at midnight. No its not a creeper. The flower can be offered

to Shiva or any other God.

 

Vaibhavji will be able to tell you more about the plant and flowers

as he owns a plant that flowers every year during ther rainy season

in India.
