wearing mala

I have ordered for a vaijayanti mala from rudra centre and I would like

to know..

1) If there is any mantra to be recited while wearing it..

2) Is there any particular day that I should first wear it..

3) Should it be removed before going to bed..

4) can it be worn along with rudraksha mala..

any other rules precautions etc.,
