Namaste Anil, thanks and bless you for sharing the link and info with

everyone here. I find it interesting too and will read it soon plus

also check out the pictures. Its wonderful that you're conducting

research about Mudras as its one of the oldest Indian sciences that

has survived millennia due to its efficacy. Btw, Mudra Yoga

meditation works in well with the wearing of rudrakshas.
