Do I have to chant the mantra a specific number of time and then wear it or is there a standad procedure as in offering Naiveday, incense etc..The information on the RC website is about installing the yantras and not wearing. 2)What should be the ideal direction in which a Puja ghar / altar should be facing? If it is East then should the person doing the puja sit facing north as in perpendicular to the altar or should he be sitting facing the puja altar?
