Kuchipudi Kalakhsetra invites you to

a recital of their in house production for 2009, Datta

Darshanam, depicting the life story of Lord Dattatreya in

celebration of the Gurupurnima Festival. The ballet is being presented in

collaboration with ‘Saptarshi’ and the proceeds from the ballet will benefit

the Karya Siddhi Hanuman Temple in Frisco, Texas.

 

His Holiness Sri

Ganapathi Sachchidananda Swamiji has kindly agreed to grace the

occasion with his presence and bless the participants in their endeavor to

present the story of Lord Dattatreya.

 

The ballet promises to be a treat

for cultural enthusiasts with eminent dancers like Sri Vedantam Raghava from

Houston, Texas and Sri Vedantam Venkata Chalapathi from Kuchipudi, India

performing lead roles alongside local artists and students from Kuchipudi

Kalakshetra.

evening of music and dance and stimulate your artistic senses with this

delightful composition in Kuchipudi being choreographed by Smt Padma Sonti of

Kuchipudi Kalakhsetra and Sri Vedantam Raghava from Houston, Texas.
