Oh God I want the same master who loved and cared me- only God performs miracles

Colin bought a diamond engagement ring and tonight was the night he

planned to ask the most lovable woman to become his wife. Laura very

understanding and more interested in spiritual things than possessions.

 

When Colin came home, as usual " Ruff, " greeted him, by placing his

large paws on Colin's shoulders. Ruff had felt a little neglected of

late. Ruff sad and worried prayed to God " Oh God I want the same

master who loved and cared me! "

 

Colin placed the ring on the end table. He left the room to get a rose

he had bought earlier in the day.

 

Ruff moved closer to the ring. " Throw and Fetch. " Ruff would grab the

ring in his mouth, then shake.. Ruff wishes Colin watching him ...then

Colin came back... Horror gripped Colin, Ruff was surprised and

startled, and he gulped swallowing the engagement ring.

 

Colin cried out, " oh no " " what am I going to do? " The only thing I

could do, tell Laura the truth and bear her disappointment.

Laura was on time and had a lovely meal. Colin was a good cook,

however for him, it's like " The Last Supper. " Laura nudged him as if

saying, let's get on, where's the ring.

 

Colin pretended to get the ring, entered his bedroom, asked God to

help him, only God performs one of those old time miracles.

Colin said to Laura: " You know I love you with all my heart " ... and...

" Ruff has something to tell you " .

 

Having said that, he patted Ruff on his back, " now it's your turn " .

When Colin slapped Ruff on his back, the ring, Ruff coughed up the

ring with a single gag and it landed into Laura's hands.

 

Laura said " How did you get him to do that? "

Ruff happy and joy prayed to God " Oh God thank you for giving me the

master who loved and cared me! "
