Dear Respected Manoj,

 

Namaskar, wonderful to hear your wife is now interested in wearing

rudraksha! So sorry to hear she has knee pain,spondilities,headache

and back pain but mainly body pain. Would like to suggest the

following beads for her condition:

 

3 mukhi 3 mukhi

5 mukhi 5 mukhi

7 mukhi 7 mukhi

8 mukhi 9 mukhi

12 mukhi (centre bead)

 

The above Main Beads should be strung with small 5 mukhis to make a
