Namaste Gina, warm welcome to the Group. We are all still learning

here so don't worry :) We share with one another.

The universal mantra for energizing Siddh Mala, bracelet and all

Rudraksha is : Aum Namah Shivaya.

Java beads are not inferior, they are merely smaller in size than

Nepal beads. In the case of a bracelet, its not possible to wear the

larger size Nepali beads from mukhis 2 to 14. By time the beads are

strung, the length would be like that of a choker or necklace.

The best way to establish a personal realtionship and benefit from

the beads is to wear them to get the electromagnetic properties

synchronizing with your energies. Good to hear you're doing the best

with the recommended puja and will also take the bracelet to the

temple for blessings later.

Pronunciation for Aum Namah Shivaya is literal as in :

Aum Na-mah Shi-va-ya

(Om) (nah-mah) (Shi-vah-yah)

Yes you can use 9 mukhi for worshipping the Divine Mother or the 9

Durgas.

I've heard some tantrikas use 10 mukhi for representing the 10

Mahavidyas. Best to meditate and reflect, then make up your own

mind. Be guided by your upaguru..

My Sanskrit is very weak, so
