Namaste Billy,

Good to see you too! Many thanks for sharing your personal

experience with TM. Its truly wonderful to hear, and a great miracle

and blessing that TM has worked marvellously for you.

I can understand how your condition would have been had you not found

Guru Maharishi Mahesh Yogi's Transcendental Meditation. You are a

very brave soul to have weathered those storms associated with

Anorexia Nervosa, both physically and mentally as well as the roller

coasters that occured after you ceased TM.

The problem with a lot of religious priests, rectors or vicars in

different faiths is that they often tell people that something is not

right when it does not agree with either their personal or theoretic

beliefs, or if they are ignorant.

Congratulations to you for having come out of the 'murky waters' and

resuming TM last September. I'm very happy that your life is getting

better and better. Its always encouraging and inspirational to hear

of other's experiences so I thank you sincerely again for sharing a

part of your personal story.

Om Namah Shivaya

from the eating disorder Anorexia Nervosa. I was desperate, terribly

unhappy, with a huge inferiority complex, and very low self esteem. I

prayed to God to let me die, or find a way to live again. The answer

came in the form of Transcendental Meditation. The moment I heard

about it, I knew that it was my answer!

weeks of practicing Transcendental Meditation, as taught by Maharishi

Mahesh Yogi, twice daily, morning and evening, for 20 minutes each

time, I woke up one morning and my anorexia was gone, that awful

mental obsession surrounding food, burning calories by whatever

means, and constantly thinking that I looked fat, no longer had it's

grip on me!

contentment grew, I was really happy and alive. My thirst for

knowledge grew, and my life got better and better. Transcending

became a regular feature of my meditation practice.

Crosshaven, and he told me TM was satanic, and Maharishi was an anti

about time I got my act back together. Between 1999 and 2006, I tried

many different forms of meditation, and I also did Reiki.Whilst these

various disciplines helped, in no way did they remotely give me that

wonderful complete experience which I received from TM.

honestly say that I have never been happier, and life is again

getting better, and better. I just sometimes ask myself why did I

listen to that vicar, and why did I watch that Pat Kenny's Program,

and why didn't I listen to my own intuition? But that water under the

bridge now.
