Namaste, since you are undergoing worsening financial difficulties,

its better to get a good Jyotish quality uparatna rather than an

expensive precious gem. Also, its important that you live within your

means.

 

Please bear in mind that everyone you consult may have different

viewpoints as to recommendations. Its up to you to analyze and see

which advice you feel strongly about taking.

 

Your lagna lord is Mercury so wearing precious emerald or semi-

precious green tourmaline or jade at all times would be useful. It

gives health, vitality, general success and well-being. Wearing a

stone for Mercury gives support in all other areas of life too.

 

Currently you're undergoing 2nd cycle of Sadhesati, 12 from birth

chart, transit of Saturn in Leo. Its from July 15 2007 to Sept 9,

2009. To alleviate ill-effects of Sadhesati and Dhayya, recite

Mahamrityunjaya Mantra. Also recite Shani mantra.

 

Perform vratta (fasting) on Saturdays by consuming only milk, curd or

fruit juice during day time. In the evening, visit either a temple

of Hanuman or Bharavaji and take halwa sweet dish (made from urad) as

offering. Every Saturday night, you can also bathe with surma, black

sesame seeds, sauf, nagarmotha and lodha.

 

Other remedies are:

1) Donate Shani Shanti pack to temple;

 

2) Wrap cotton thread around a peepal tree on Saturday evenings and

recite Saturn's mantra. Light a lamp with mustard oil and place it

under the tree. Then pray for forgiveness for any misdeeds done

knowingly or unknowingly in the past.
