Baba gave us the essence of life, the highest teaching in just these - two words. These qualities are entangled to each other, one follows the other. they are not only required for spiritual growth, but in every aspect and moment of our lives. Shraddha - is the "faith" , the "trust" with our deep love towards Baba. This kind of faith or trust comes out of conviction, a spiritual inspiration. Baba sows the seeds of spiritual inspiration in the hearts of people who surrender to him with faith. Saburi - is the "patience". This quality is inevitable. No matter how impatient one gets, it does NOT take you anywhere. By not having Saburi , you only make life miserable and difficult for yourself. As there is a time for everything. We don't have to go far to understand this. Don't we observe in our everyday lives that whenever our emotional,physical or materialistic expectaions or desires are not met or fulfilled or sometimes delayed, we get irritated, miserable, angry and disheartened in a snap of finger. Because we have no patience. We have to be convinnced that every thing is planned by him, he knows what he is doing, and he loves us...if we understand this , we will have "faith" in him, we will trust that everything is happening for a reason...and patience will follow. "There is a time for everything, things have to go in a sequence,he has the entire "bramhand" to take care of. The more positive the thoughts flowing through our mind, the more contented we will feel. It is easy to feel contented when we are praised and appreciated but to remain contented when we are being critised and rejected is the mark of real spiritual strength. The way to develop this level of strength is to learn about God's way of loving. Only when we are in deep contemplation can we see God showing us the kind of love we need to express so that we never reject or critise and always generate good wishes for others. Then we will feel satisfied no matter what life throws at us. **If patience means anything it should last till the end, and faith will see us through every turmoil of life.
