Yesterday evening in Sai Kulwant Hall there were cutural programs. There was a musical performance by Singer Hariharan. He was persented dress by Swami after the event. Devotees from Maharashtra District took out a rally in Puttaparthi yesterday. There is a exhibition in Mandir called Prema Jyothi for this guru poornima. Swami opened it recently so don't miss it if you are in Puttaparthi for the guru poornima celebrations.

You must show your gratitude with humility and sincerity to whoever has done you any good. Education that does not promote gratitude is worthless. It is the parents who give you education. The guru is the educator. The Divine has given you the capacity to get educated. Hence, the mother, father and the guru are to be revered as God, as enjoined in the Vedas. You must show your gratitude to your parents, offer due respect to the teacher, and base your life on faith in God.
