Guest guest
This quote is just too superb to not share with you all.---------- Forwarded message ---------- <sshomi 2008/4/22 Don't look for peace ` ` ` ` ` ` ` ` ` ` ` ` ` ` ` ` ` ` ` ` ` ` ` ` ` ` Don't look for peace. Don't look for any other state than the one you are in now; otherwise, you will set up inner conflict and unconscious resistance. Forgive yourself for not being at peace. The moment you completely accept your non-peace, your non-peace becomes transmuted into peace. Anything you accept fully will get you there, will take you into peace. This is the miracle of surrender. When you accept what is, every moment is the best moment. That is enlightenment. - Eckhart Tolle ` ` ` ` ` ` ` ` ` ` ` ` ` ` ` ` ` ` ` ` ` ` ` ` ` ` " Practicing the Power of Now " Eckhart Tolle New World Library, 2001
Guest guest
Sai Ram. Very true. Actually, as long as one feels separate from Unity, from Oneness with every one and every thing, there is a path and there is a journey on the path towards a goal, a destination. Once we realise that we are One with every one and every thing, we are not really separate, there is union of the traveller, the path and the goal. This is what Sai mentioned to the old lady who wanted upadesh from Him (dhyana, dhyata and dheya become one). The water drop becomes one with the ocean. Time stops having any meaning (the sense of past, present and future is a big illusion and the spiritual journey is always a journey from the present into the future. Thanks for sharing.
