Sai devotee Sachin Datta has returned back from Shirdi tour and he has mailed me details how the prayers were kept in Samadhi Mandir and i am forwarding the mail...

Sai Ram As i touched the divine land of Shirdi baba 12th evening, we straight away left for baba's darshan. I was carrying all the prayers with me. Around 9 PM i requested temple pujari to keep all the prayers on babas feet. He instead placed it on babas Samadhi. Taking it to be Sai Babas instruction i kept quiet & bowed down my head.We were supposed to go to Shani hingnapur also, but baba this time had some othere plans for me. As it was raining heavely in Shirdi, Godavri river had flooded Shingnapur. Though some people in our group still decided to leave for shingnapur, i stayed in shirdi by baba's grace. In the end i would like to thank all the sai bandhus who wrote their prayers to me ( Intended for Shirdi ) & Hetal specifically for allowing me to do this unique service for devotees. As it is said by lord krishna "AHAM BHAKT PARADHINO" meaning ,am controlled by my devotees, i am happy to be a DAS anu DAS (

Devotee of a Sai Devotee). May baba bless each & every soul. SAINATHARPAN ASTUBaba's son & ur sai bandhuSachin Datta
