Thank you for the decision of keeping this group alive. Mahadevanji is the one, giving life to the groups by posting the most wonderful baba quotes,information and stories.pls check all his mails.he got the right to post the information whichever he thought to brought awareness in sai group.regarding banks & credit cards....YES,so many like me do not know lot of things about them,so i am thankful to him about his mails,sai mails,as well as non sai mails. He is so loved by baba,so he gets interview everytime whenever he went to baba. great thing,he made so many like me,come up spiritually ....and iam progressing. filing a LAW SUIT on mahadevan ji-completely insane. iam really feeling very depressed and disappointed by this word lawsuit. the way "MEERA" wrote her mail by using this word

"lawsuit" in this sacred sai group ,is completely not to be excused.unwarrented ! "JAYA"- asking someone "ARE YOU REALLY SAI DEVOTEE" is no way close to sophistication.check yourself again for the same question! I completely feel tht this is out of personal grudge on swami mahadevan garu.people like me are here because of the depth in his sai mails and his guidance. BEWARE OF NOKIA Nokia assures that their handset is covered underinsurance. They even provide a certificate ofinsurance. But the condition is that if the handset islost/stolen, you have to lodge an FIR to seek claims.The catch here is that the

police station does notlodge FIR for loss of handsets, they only register NC.So you will never get insurance claims on basis of NC.Nokia is selling some of its degraded products thathave software problems. If you come across suchproblem in a new set, do not waste your time inrunning around service centres as it is not going tohelp much, ask for a replacement with a new set. Allthose who have purchased 3230 set, have experiencedthat there was software problem in every set. Nokia issimply dumping the sets, which can not be sold inother countries. BEWARE OF AIR DECCAN Their confirmed bookings are highly unreliable and ofno guarantee that you will be allowed to fly . Thebooked tickets get cancelled without intimation toconsumer only to be known by him when he goes to theairport to catch his flight. You will not get refundimmediately, if you have booked your ticket throughcredit card. If you

call up their call centre, if youpress numbers relating to refund, you will not beattended at all even if you try for hours together. Ifyou talk to somebody regarding refund, you have topress options relating to ticket booking, so thatsomeone will attend to you. Then you can ask forrefund. They are following very good trick. BEWARE OF COUNTRY CLUB, BANGALORE They advertise that if you take their membership, aplot of land will be given free of cost near GoldenSpa at Coconut Grove. Please note Golden Spa is 35 Kmsfrom Bangalore and the said plot of land is over 100Kms from Bangalore. Based on false promises and witharrangement with Citibank and ICICI Bank, this teamcheats the consumers of his money by asking paymentsthrough credit card. BEWARE OF PRIVATE BUS OPERATORS/TRAVEL AGENTS If you book your ticket in a private bus operator, youwill find that your seat is allotted to somebody

elsealso. Many a times, though you have booked your ticketto some destination, you will dropped few kilometersaway, if there are not enough passengers for yourdestination. Then you will have to depend on otherservices to reach your destination. Keep therecords/proofs and give a complaint to the nearestpolice station, when you come back. If you find thatthe police is supporting the travel agent, immediatelyinform his higher ups or give a complaint to consumerforum. Always try to use government transportationservices. They may be bad in service but will nevercheat you. BOOK TELESALES & RECOVERY AGENTS If you receive unwanted advertisement / telemarketingcall from any company or recovery agents. You willfind it annoying especially when you are on roamingnetwork. Ask their telephone number and report to thepolice. File a police complaint against the Chairmanof the company . BEWARE

OF SOME HOSPITALS If you happen to get admitted (or admit your familyperson/friend/ relative) for any operation in anyhospital, keep all the records. Even if the doctorscribbles any information on a piece of paper and giveit you, please keep it with you. In future, for yourbad luck, if some adverse thing happens due to wrongdialysis or wrong operation, these things will comehandy to fight it in a court. Please be clear thatconsumer forums are not of much help to you becausethey do not have good doctors in their panel. Many atimes they do not have any doctors in their panel andeven if they have, a doctor in the panel will try tohelp a doctor. In such a case you will have to fighttooth and nail. Hence keep all the records/proofs withyou carefully. BEWARE OF TATAINDICOM BROADBAND and WIRELESS FIXEDTELEPHONE Their promises to get you a broadband connectionwithin a week is not to be relied upon.

Once yourmoney is stuck (about Rs. 2000), it takes lot of painsto recover it back. If you book Wireless fixedtelephone, the Tataindicom sales person will tell youthat you can send/receive fax, send/receive e-mails inother service providers' account also (for examplevsnl, touchtel etc). Once you install the telephone,you will find that the instrument can not support faxmachine even if connected through EPABX, you will findthat you can receive e-mails in other accounts and cannot send e-mails at all. You have to send e-mails onlythrough Tataindicom e-mail service.
