Man is going all over the world in search of peace as he is not aware that it is present within himself. He is like a foolish person who searches for his spectacles, while wearing them all the time right over his nose. What is the reason for all the troubles, anxieties and unrest that man is facing today? The reason is that he has forgotten his true Self and is identifying himself with something that he is not. Every man aspires for peace. Is it not a sign of one’s ignorance to look for peace elsewhere when one is himself the embodiment of peace? You are yourself the embodiment of peace. Sarva Rupa Dharam Shantham (Every human form is the very personification of peace). Sarva Nama Dharam Shivam (All names are equally auspicious).

Überall auf der Welt ist der Mensch auf der Suche nach Frieden, weil er sich nicht bewußt ist, dass sie in ihm selbst gegenwärtig ist. Er ist wie eine törichte Person, die nach ihrer Brille sucht, während sie sie die ganze Zeit direkt auf ihrer Nase hat. Was ist der Grund für all die Schwierigkeiten, Ängste und Unruhe, denen sich der Mensch heute gegenübersieht? Der Grund ist, dass er sein wahres Selbst vergessen hat und sich mit etwas identifiziert, das er nicht ist. Jeder Mensch strebt nach Frieden. Ist es nicht ein Zeichen von eigener Unwissenheit, anderswo nach Frieden zu suchen, wenn man selbst die Verkörperung von Frieden ist? Du selbst bist die Verkörperung des Friedens. Sarva Rupa Dharam Shantham (Jede menschliche Form ist die eigentliche Personifikation von Frieden). Sarva Nama Dharam Shivam (Alle Namen (Gottes) sind gleichberechtigt vielversprechend).

Manusia berkelana ke seluruh pelosok dunia untuk mencari keberadaan peace (kedamaian), hal ini terjadi oleh karena ia tidak menyadari bahwa sebenarnya peace terdapat di dalam dirinya sendiri. Ia ibarat manusia bodoh yang mencari-cari kaca-matanya, padahal sebenarnya ia sedang memakainya di atas hidung. Apa penyebab dari segala kesulitan dan kegelisahan yang dialami oleh manusia dewasa ini? Penyebabnya adalah karena ia telah melupakan jati-dirinya yang asli dan sebaliknya malah mengidentifikasi diri dengan sesuatu yang sebenarnya bukan bagian dari dirinya. Setiap orang beraspirasi untuk memperoleh kedamaian. Apabila sifat asli manusia adalah merupakan perwujudan kedamaian, lalu bukankah sungguh amat bodoh bila masih ada yang mencari-carinya di luar dari dirinya sendiri? Engkau tak lain adalah perwujudan kedamaian. Sarva Rupa Dharam Shantham (setiap orang adalah personifikasi kedamaian). Sarva Nama Dharam Shivam (semua nama pada hakekatnya adalah suci adanya).
