Guest guest
om sai ram A Good one:--- " How I Separated Myself " Posted by: " Meera " keep_smilingg_26 keep_smilingg_26 How many numbers are there in arithmetic? Infinite? Actually there is just a single number - ONE. When 1 gets added to 1 we get 2. when 1 is added to 2, we get 3, and so on... In fact, the number 999 is just 999 ones added up, or 999 can be separated into as many ones. This is just what creation is all about. There is just one Brahman, or God, or Sai, whatever we call it. This single entity separates to take the form of the infinite living and non living forms we find in the universe. This reminds us very much of Swami's quote, which has always been one of my favorites, " I separated Myself from Myself to Love Myself " The entire Vedanta, the whole Advaita philosophy has been summed up into this one beautiful sentence. But I dont think there is any evidence in Scriptures as to why the Paramatma separated itself, Swami has given the basis for that as well - LOVE- its as simple as that!
