sairam . Sit alone in open air . Take three long breaths and relax . Close your eyes and take 3 long breaths . Now imagine Swami sitting just in front of you looking at you. Your eyes are closed . you have visualised Swami sitting face to face. Now , in your mind look at the location of heart( left side of Swami ) of Swami. Stay there mentally for 3 long breaths . Now keep your mind in your heart's location ( left of your body). Stay there mentally for 3 long breaths . Now imagine ,a beautiful golden light , radiating from Swami's heart to yours ! Do it as long as you feel . Result :

Watch your body . As you practise this meditation (daily) ., You will see that this crossing from Swami's to your heart, will actually be felt as touching the tip of you heart chakra( Anahata)The body will suddenly merge to vacant condition ( no - body state) . That is the manifestation of Athman , when bliss is felt . sairam sairam sairamsai rukmani

The Atma has only one form and that is Divine Bliss. It is present in everyone. Every Human Being is the very embodiment of Ananda or Divine Bliss. But he is unable to experience bliss as he is deluded by the material objects. Never crave for wordly things. How long can they last? Every Worldly Thing fades away with the the passage of time. The only two things that are permanent are the Divine Atma and Ananda. Divine Ananda can only be experienced; it cannot be expressed in words. None can explain the nature of bliss. It can be understood only by experience. When your Drishti (vision), Sravanam (audition) and Karma (action) are constantly focused on the Atma. Then you will certainly experience Nijananda, Nityananda and Advaitananda (true, eternal and non-dual bliss). - From Bhagawan's 2003 Shivarathri Discourse Why delete messages?
