Guest guest Posted August 10, 2007 Report Share Posted August 10, 2007 sairam this is in reply of sairam narayana umas mail. sairam every project will need funds and that too voluntarily given, and everyone cannot expect & wait for help from prasanthi trust funds.there are innumerable sai samithies all over the world & each and everyone if they wait for funds to come from prasanthi funds swami will be overloaded with already existing overwork. that is why we , devotees of swami join & help voluntarily & try to do what swami likes us to do.only if all of us join togather will we be able to carry swamis service, and service does include physical help, financial help and any form of help needed. there are so many service activities going on in every sai samithi around the world that is carried out by devotees alone. there are many people who donate to voluntary organisations especially that of swamis without waiting for a receipt. any free voluntary organisation will defenitely benifit from voluntary donations made towards it, and it is run by the help and cooperation of so many voluntary people.in fact in this sai gramam project if you please go through it very carefully there is a heading in it where it is written HOW YOU CAN HELP IN THIS UNIQUE VENTURE. written by the people organising it.this is such a huge project and we all should help as devotees,in which ever way we can and pray to swami for his blessings to make it successful. swami has said that the hands that help are holier than the lips that pray. some days back ther was an article about starting a home for the aged, the details are there for everyone to see and after verifying the details why shouldnt others who are willing to help , help with it. help for any good cause should be accepted. these are all projects which are open and free for everyone to see and instead of seeing the negative aspects let us try to see the positive effects that will come out of it. so please do not in haste without verifing the truth or the details of everything conclude writing that there were a few mails of this nature posted in this group seeking financial support for a few community project since the details are solid for everyone to see,and since this is the best medium for exchange of views and communication, covering a whole lot of people scattered everywhere, people come forward to write. & it is for us to verify whether the written facts are true & then deceide. sairam , vidyasatish. Guest guest Posted August 10, 2007 Report Share Posted August 10, 2007 Sai Ram Dear Vidya, Yes,you are right Vidya.We can not wait to get help from Swami all the time.People must come forward for help in a noble project like Sai Grammam.Baba can guide you all the way through.Here at Patiala,Sri Sathya Sai Sewa Samithi is running a school called Sai Saraswati Vidya Mandir at Bharat Nagar,Nabha Road,Patiala for more than 10 years,without any help from Prasanthi Trust,because devotees and even non devotees come to help without even being prompted to do so.They know their money is going for a noble cause.Here at this school,no fees are charged.Even uniform,Shoes,School bags,books,one time meal and even socks are provided by school to each and every chind,you just have to admit your child and rest is taken care of by Baba through its devotees.Recently,school was up graded and four new classes are added.The project required about 20 lac.The money was arranged within days,can you hear me,20 lac within days,Yes,this is where Divine Will comes into play.So,we have to help in any form,may be physical or financial. One more Interesting fact that i would like to tell you is that Baba has given Our Blessed Convener of the Trust Mr. Malkiat Singh,numerous one rupee notes after materialising.Baba told him,whenever you need money for service purposes,just symbolically put this one rupee first for contribution and there will be no dearth of funds after that,and each time it actually happens thus.And even these one rupee notes also seems to be unending.
