First of all, you have to enquire into your true identity, which is love. Love is present in all names and forms. It is eternal, non-dual and blissful. Man is selective in his love, he lavishes it on the near and dear ones but is indifferent about others. So long as he is immersed in such a dualistic feeling, he cannot experience non-dual bliss. A man with a dual mind is half blind. He reposes his faith in the physical body and craves for worldly gains. Give up body attachment. Understand the truth that all are in you and you are in all. The Atma that dwells in you is the same as the one that dwells in others. Visualise such oneness and experience bliss. As you are unable to experience this oneness, you are giving room to hatred and jealousy.

Zuallererst mußt du Deine wahre Identität erforschen, die Liebe ist. Liebe ist gegenwärtig in allen Namen und Formen. Sie ist ewig, unzweideutig und glückselig. Der Mensch ist wählerisch in seiner Liebe, er überhäuft damit diejenigen, die ihm nah und lieb sind, aber ist gleichgültig gegenüber anderen. So lange wie er in einem solch zweideutigen Gefühl versunken ist, kann er unzweideutige Glückseligkeit nicht erfahren. Ein Mensch mit einem zweideutigen Geist ist halb blind. Er setzt sein Vertrauen in den physischen Körper und begehrt nach weltlichen Vorteilen. Gib Deine Körperbindung auf. Begreife die Wahrheit, dass alles in Dir ist und Du in allem bist. Der Atman (das Göttliche Selbst), der in Dir wohnt ist derselbe wie der, der in anderen wohnt. Vergegenwärtige Dir solches Einssein und erfahre Glückseligkeit. Weil Du nicht fähig bist, dieses Einssein zu erfahren, gibst Du Hass und Neid Raum.

Terlebih dahulu engkau harus berkontemplasi untuk mengenali jati dirimu yang sejati, yang tak lain adalah cinta-kasih (prema). Cinta-kasih hadir dalam segala nama dan rupa. Ia bersifat abadi, non-dual dan senantiasa blissful. Manusia cenderung bersikap selektif dalam cinta-kasihnya, yaitu bahwa ia mencurahkan cinta-kasihnya hanya kepada orang-orang yang dekat dengannya dan sebaliknya bersikap tak mau tahu terhadap yang lain. Selama ia masih terjebak dalam perasaan dualistic seperti ini, maka ia tak akan bisa merasakan kebahagiaan yang non-dualistic. Manusia yang memiliki dual mind (batin yang mendua) dikatakan sebagai manusia separuh-buta. Ia menaruh keyakinan yang begitu tinggi atas badan jasmaninya dan senantiasa mengejar kenikmatan duniawi. Singkirkanlah kemelekatan badan jasmani ini. Pahamilah kebenaran bahwa sebenarnya semua ada di dalam dirimu dan dirimu ada di dalam setiap orang. Sang Atma yang ada di dalam dirimu adalah sama dengan Atma yang ada di dalam diri orang lain. Visualisasikanlah prinsip persatuan ini dan alamilah bliss. Kebencian dan kecemburuan akan muncul apabila engkau belum merealisasikan prinsip pemersatu itu.

Descansa su fe en el cuerpo físico y ansía ganancias mundanas. Abandona el apego al cuerpo. Comprende la verdad de que todos están en ti y tú estás en todos. El Atma que habita en ti es la misma que habita en los demás. Visualiza tal unidad y experimenta la bienaventuranza. En tanto seas incapaz de experimentar esa unidad, tú estás dando espacio al odio y a los celos.

L’uomo è selettivo nel suo amore e lo prodiga a chi gli è vicino, mentre è indifferente verso gli altri. Fino a quando saremo immersi in un tale sentimento dualistico , non potremo sperimentare la beatitudine che è non dualistica. Un uomo con la mente dualistica è mezzo cieco . Egli ripone la sua fede sul corpo fisico e brama guadagni mondani. Abbandonate l’attaccamento al corpo . Comprendete la verità che voi siete in tutti e tutti sono in voi. L’Atma che dimora in voi è la stessa che dimora negli altri. Visualizzate tale UNITA’ e sperimentate la beatitudine. Poiché non siete capaci a sperimentare tale Unità, lasciate spazio all’odio ed alla gelosia.
