Good News for all the Ladies.... the 200 kilos of gold/silver which has been sent to Mumbai to be melted will not only be converted into Sai Baba`s Coins, as mentioned below but also into Mangalsutras, Necklaces, Earings & other ornaments used by ladies...and will be sold at no profit,no loss basis. So now all you ladies can actually wear ornaments which has been made from Gold/Silver which was once presented at Shree Sainaths lotus feet.

 

Also, the auction of the other 100kilos of Gold/Silver begins today 09th Oct,2008 at 03:00pm indian standard time in shirdi and all the proceeds from it will go for social causes carried on by the Sai Baba Sansthan.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Sai Baba Gold to be Auctioned.

 

As told by the news channel Aaj Tak on 7th Oct,2008 –

 

Shirdi Sai Sansthan is going to auction more than 100 kilos of Gold & Silver which were donated by Sai Devotees Over a period of time. The auction is going to take place in Shirdi itself on 09th Oct, being Vijaya Dashmi Day – the auspicious day when Shree Sainath took Mahasamadhi.

 

The Gold & Silver are in the form of Jewellery , Saibabas Crown, Bells, Agarbatti stand, Diyas etc …anything which has been Adorned on Saibabas Statue at some point or the other. Also being auctioned are some Rare Rudraksha Malas donated by devotees which also have been worn by Babas Statue.

 

Apart from the above, around 200 kilos of Silver & Gold which have also been donated by Sai devotees, has been sent to Mumbai to be melted & converted into Coins having Sai Babas face embossed on them, while some coins will have Sai Babas Padukas & Satka embossed on them. Silver coins will be available in 10gms each coin while Gold will be available in 2.5gms, 5gms & 10gms. The Price of these coins will be as per the market value of Gold & Silver on the Day of Sale and can be purchased by anyone.
