This inference has been drawn by a group of eminent scientists and philosophers of Kanpur. The group has taken up the research about cosmic powers from the point where famous scientist Isaac Newton left it about three hundred years back (Refer to attachment-1). To their utmost surprise, the group has come in direct contact with cosmic powers and is receiving direct messages from them regarding the future events that the cosmic powers are going to manage in the world. These messages are coming in shape of pictures that are appearing on plain papers put by the convener of this study group Er. Ashok Ghai in his place of worship. Many scientists and eminent scholars from different countries have studied these pictures and have certified these to be cosmic pictures that can not be made humanly. The scientists include Prof. Kameswara Rao (Ex Professor IIT Kanpur) and Dr. SK Nigam (Professor of Physics and former Commissioner – UP Handlooms) who have certified these pictures to be out of the ambit of science (Refer to attachment -2). By interpreting these messages, and in view of his discussions with the Dalai Lama, Ashok Ghai had written in an article published in May issue of Express Star Teller (a magazine of Indian Express Group) that China will not be able to withstand the pressure of cosmic powers and will have to settle the issue of Tibet according to the wishes of Dalai Lama. After the said message was received by Mr. Ghai in shape of a picture, in which the divine powers, India, Russia, and China have appeared in their symbolic forms, following events have occurred in China: 1 An unprecedented snowfall occurred in those cities of China where it could never happen 2. A black hurricane developed in Gobi desert that hit large parts of China. 3. Number of earthquakes have hit China. The first was a warning earthquake that developed from Mount Kailash and traversed throughout China. But China could not take the hint and avoided to settle the Tibet issue even after the protest-marches held throughout the world on 10th March 2008. 4. A major earthquake hit China in May 2008 killing about one lac persons and damaging about 200 dams. Later, aftershocks further destroyed hundreds of thousand of houses. According to the research of Ghai's Study group, there is going to be total change of order in the world by 2013-14, and an incarnation of God has already appeared on earth to affect this change. Ghai has received about fifty such pictures on plain papers put by him in his place of worship that depict the future actions to be taken by the cosmic powers. These corroborate the descriptions given in 'Kalki Puran', the ancient Indian scripture regarding the next incarnation of Lord Vishnu. Kalki Puran was written in Mahabharat era i.e. more than 5000 years back. This scripture describes the life of Tenth Incarnation of Lord Vishnu – 'The Kalki Avatar'. The present period is the period of Kalki Avatar; this has been clearly told by the cosmic powers to the study group of Kanpur through the pictorial messages. Even the name of ' China ' has been mentioned in 41st shloka of sixth chapter of Kalki Puran, and the name of the cosmic power that would fight China has also been mentioned there. Accordingly, King 'DEVAPI' would be in charge of defeating China . Thereafter, Kalki Avatar would reinstate religion and democracy in China . Devapi was uncle of 'Bhishm Pitamah', and according to Srimadbhagwat, he joined the 'Cosmic Hierarchy' (divine body that controls the evolution of life on our planet) before the Mahabharat war took place. It is believed that in the present period King Devapi is known as Master Kuthumi, and he was touch with Annie Besant, Helena Blavatsky, and other members of Theosophical Society. Master Kuthumi, and other masters of Cosmic Hierarchy are engaged in the work of total change of order on earth to be brought about by Kalki Avatar. This goes on to prove that the happenings in China are occurring in the same manner as described in Kalki Puran, and are warnings to the entire mankind.
