Guest guest
Sairam, BABA bless us all on this Gurupoornima day. We have completed our parayana or Sai Naam Jaap and Vishnusahasranaam. I am sure BABA is pleased with our efforts to show our gratitude towards Him, Baba our mother is please with children and what ever effort they put in pleasing the mother. Today we had our gurupoornima celebrations. I for a long time wanted to do Satyanarayana Pooja along with Sai Satya Vrat Katha. But it never came to happen as I wanted it. Though attempts were made before. But today, it was different. As my usual custom I invited My Master and guide for attending the pooja and blessing us all on this holy day and accept our humble offerings. And opened Satcharita to find His answer to my request, and then I found chapter 24 and my eyes fell on the following lines " "Baba - "It is true that you give to the persons present; but if none be near-by, what could you or I do But do you remember Me before eating? Am I not always with you? Then do you offer Me anything before you eat?" Few of us were cooking in the temple for tonights dinner as we were expecting about 150 people. We had made preparations, just then a friend of ours come and introduce his friend from Pakistan - One Mr Khan! Khan came he accepted the food we offered. He stood in the kitchen ate the food. He made a polite conversation. He went into the temple along with my friend and went off. I was elated. No doubt Khan is a friend of my friend, but for me it held significance. Baba always came unannounced and in the form of people whom we know. For He resides in all hearts. The moment he left, I told my friends, Baba came in the form of khan. I am sure Baba came in the form of many people probably all 150 people. But certain incidents stand significant. Two little boys, age about 3 and 6 came with their mother into the powder rooom. I did not pay attention to them. But the older one looked at me for few minutes and said "Hello" How are you? I was surprised, as I was preoccupied wondering how the event was going to go, I said "Good and you"? then the 6 year old said, "my name is Sai" and this is my brother "Asheesh". These are simple and uneventful incidents but held great significance to me, "Sai Asheesh" (Blessings of BABA) because every sai devotee knows how BABA reaches them, Here He was in the form of little boys to bless me. Today, Guru blessed us all, we were able to do satyanarayana pooja and sai satyavrat katha and did bhajans. I just came home and wanted to share this with you when the incidents are fresh in my head. BABA is with us and always around us. We have to see Him with the eyes of our heart, we will recognise Him and our love towards Him grows many folds. Thanks for all those who participated in the parayana. I am sure you all have incidents to share. Remember how ever small and insignificant the incident may sound to non believers for us - Shirdi Sai Devotees we know it is HIM. So please share your experiences. BABA heard our prayers and they will all be answered in due course. We need to have patience. BABA bless us always like this and guide us always. Guest guest
Happy Gurupoornima to all of you May Baba bless everyone and lead us more and more towards the spiritual path. We celebrated Gurupoornima here in the temple and while bhajans were going on in full swing Baba gave his blessings by the fresh flower which fell from his picture.KaminiAnitha Kandukuri <a_kandukuri wrote: Sairam, BABA bless us all on this Gurupoornima day.
