The seeker should not stop with the acquisition of devotion. He should not pay so much attention to the love he has towards the Lord, but more to the love and grace that the Lord bestows on him. He must be always eager to find out which behaviour of his, what acts of his will be most pleasing to the Lord, will fill the Lord with happiness.
