Today is Parents Day, A day to look back and bow in Gratitude for everything that Our Parents have done for us. Once Swami most beautifully said that there are 2 Things that Swami wanted everyone to do The First is Respecting and looking after your parents, Secondly to Serve others in Society. Once a long time back, A Boy studying in the Institute in Prasanthi Nilayam was giving letters to Swami everyday, Swami was taking the letters and also speaking to him quite frequently, He was naturally very happy. Suddenly Swami stopped talking to him, Did not even cast a glance at him, Did not even look at the letters that he was giving. Everyone was surprised and perplexed, Suddenly one day, Swami called the boy and told him that His parents had come to see him from his place which was very far away and they were staying in the Dormitory

sheds and that He did not even go and see Him even once. Swami said that he did not want such boys in his place who do not respect their parents, Swami said "What would your parents think that you are learning here if you do not respect them, It is ok if you do not have my Darshan, Respect your parents, they are everything for you". On this parents day let us all Remember Swami's Divine words, Mathrudevobhava, Pithrudevobhava..., First Mother and Father. Om Sai Ram
