This world is full of dual characteristics - good and bad, joy and grief, progress and regress, light and darkness; do not get upset by all this. Do your duty as best as you can with prayer to God. Work hard and sincerely, and leave the rest in His hands. What exactly is Seva? It is the very essence of devotion, the very breath of a devotee, his very nature.
